Talisman Wars is the UK CrossFit competition series run by Talisman Gym, Hertford.
They’re fun, friendly events held with a reputation for creating challenging yet fun workouts all perfectly tailored to suit your CrossFit experience. Talisman Wars offers something for everyone, from RX to intermediate and Scaled/Everyday athletes.

Summer Slam is a mixed team competition. The teams are made up of 2 Males & 2 Females. Grab your gym buddies and sign up to either RX, Intermediate or the Everyday category!
SATURDAY 16TH AUGUST

Everyday
3 workouts for all divisions + 1 finale event for the top of each category
Expect live DJ, food vendor(s), coffee and electric energy!

Winter wars is a same sex pairs competition with RX, intermediate and everyday categories. Grab your workout bestie and hit the Talisman Wars comp floor! Dates TBD.
