TALISMAN WARS
Talisman Wars is the UK CrossFit competition series run by Talisman Gym, Hertford.
They’re fun, friendly events held with a reputation for creating challenging yet fun workouts all perfectly tailored to suit your CrossFit experience. Talisman Wars offers something for everyone, from RX to intermediate and Scaled/Everyday athletes.

ARENA is CrossFit Talisman's individual competition 9th and 10th May, 2026
SATURDAY 9th MAY: RX & INTERMEDIATE DIVISION
SUNDAY 10th MAY: EVERYDAY DIVISION
*Cash prizes for the RX podium
3-4 workouts for all divisions
*Minimum of 3 workouts for all divisions, including a floater or finale workout; full format TBA closer to the competition.
If you've ever been to one of our events before you'll know the atmosphere is always electric.
Spectator tickets are free so if you're not competing come on down and enjoy the festival vibes.

Summer Slam is CrossFit Talisman's mixed teams of 4 event, Saturday 11th July & Sunday 12th July.
Categories included:
RX/Inter "Open" division - Sunday 12th July
Everyday division - Saturday 11th July
3 workouts for all divisions + 1 finale event (to be completed by the top 3 of each division)
Expect live DJ, food vendor(s), coffee and electric energy!
